CMOS develops a better understanding of how resource and political relations shape organisational practices and how these affect the performance of organisations.
CMOS is a cross-disciplinary initiative of the Schools of Management, Marketing and Accounting (UTS: Business), School of Design (UTS: DAB) and the Department of Software Engineering (UTS: IT). The group links strategy, organisation and management, technology, marketing, and management accounting to explain how organisations function and what drives their performance.
